Terms and conditions
1. The renter is the only one allowed to drive the car, if Car rental sees another person driving the car without this being accorded in the contract, we are forced to take away the car. the fine will be 5 days payment.
2. In case the driver is driving the car drunk we are forced to take away the car and the renter will not receive the deposit nor rent Payment back.
3. Car rental charges a security deposit of 200,- USD.
4. In case the renter is involved in a car accident caused by the renter NO CLAIM (350,- ANG ) and ALL damages costs are for the renter of the vehicle. And the renter has to pay for all the days that the car is in the garage repairing until the car is ready. total amount is the price per day rented times the days the car is in the garage until ready.
5. If the renter has paid for ALL risk and had an accident caused by the renter then the renter don't have to pay nothing. ALL RISK COUNTS ONLY FOR ACCIDENTS, TREE SCRATCHES is not covered. ALL RISK is not valid when driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs and above 80 km per hour.
6. Any damage made on the car after reviewing the car and signing the agreement, All new scratches / Dents on vehicle are at RENTERS own risk.
7. Engine overheating is at RENTERS own risk, if not notified on time (call car rental company).
8. If the damage is more than the security deposit ( 200,- ANG ), the renter must pay the difference to the car rental.
9. Any damage at the car must be participated immediately at the car rental. In case of an accident the renter must call 911 immediately, at place of the accident. If this doesn’t happen then this agreement will come to an end and the renter will be held responsible for all costs.
10. Renter must return the car clean, gas tank full and in good condition. If the car is dirty at return Car rental will charge 35,- ANG for cleaning purpose.
11. If the car has sand inside and car seats are dirty from sea salt stains after swimming at return car rental will charge 100,- ANG from the deposit.
12. RENTER must use car alarm at al times. (Robbery at RENTERS own risk).
13. The renter is responsible for all parking tickets and fines for traffic violations.
14. Car Rental has the authority to check the rented car at all times and places.
15. Renter is not allowed to do or let someone else do any kind of reparations on the body or motor of the car without consulting this with car rental first.
16. Don’t Park in Dark Areas/ Spaces, Preferably Park in garage or a well-lit parking lot
17. The car must be parked inside the gate and alarm on at the final destination.
18. The renter will be held responsible for any item stolen in and outside of the car.
19. The following items will be charged according to this prices in case of damage or/and lost: Gasoline cover 80 USD, jack 170 USD, radio 1000 USD, tires 200 USD, rims 500 USD, Battery 250 USD, Stolen, broke or lost key 350 USD.
20. Prolongation of car rent must be approved by Car rental. Be sure to request this 7 days before the return day. Prolongation must be paid the same day of request.
21. It’s highly forbidden to smoke in cars.
22. If the car returns with smoke ashes, sand and dirt car rental will charge 100,- ang from the deposit.
23. Renter must have a valid driver’s license.

25. No pets or dogs allowed in the car.
